I did the cupcakes for my sister in law for Easter dinner. The 1/2 dozen were sold in our restaurant.
Looking from above, the mixture of the icings does not look as good as it did on the actual cake, but take my word for it, they looked great. The little birds nest were fun to do, and the chick coming out of its shell was really fun. I think it would have looked better done it fondant, but alot of people don't like fondant. Even though I use Satin Ice, which I think tastes great..jpg)
The cookies were done for my kids girlfriend and boyfriends neices and nephews. I know that is confusing.lol
