I have never made nut rolls before. I always thought they were too much work, but they aren't bad at all. This dough is left over from a class we took on Thursday. We had to make apricot in the class, but I wanted to try nuts. Not a real apricot fan. lol. These don't look that great. I hope the fresh dough will help them look a little better.
The class was ok. I'm not fond of an instructor that eats dough off her fingers as she is teaching. lol. Maybe I'm a germ-a-phob, but yuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not very likely to take another class with her.
