I read about these on another blog that I read, thanks Pam, and decided to get one. I agree they are a little pricey, but so worth it. My cookies are all now the same size, It made me crazy to just roll out the dough. I always thought it looked even, but when I started cutting out the cookies, they never were. Nothing more irritating than a wide cookie on one side, and a not so wide cookie on the other. I've tried all the things you put on the ends of the rolling pin, but I still didn't get consistent results. So, I'm very glad Pam had a post on her blog about the doBord. I had never heard of these, but they are terrific.
