I made these cupcakes this weekend. I added a box of banana flavored pudding to a strawberry cake mix. They were very good. The icing is vanilla. All I had to do was add a fresh strawberry and a few dried bananas and dessert was ready.
Pillsbury strawberry cake mix
Small box of banana pudding
1 extra egg
The mix made 12 large size cupcakes.
