Pizzeles,pizzeles,pizzeles.............

I made pizzele's for christmas today too.  Got 12 dozen of the little buggers. My kids love these cookies, but I only make them once or twice a year. They aren't hard to make, they are just soooooooo time consuming. lol.

First, you make the dough,

Then you roll the dough in little balls,

Then you put them on the pizzelle iron,

Bake them,

Enjoy !!!!!!!!!!!












12 dozen is alot of pizzele's.

Peanut Blossom Cookies

These were always my favorite cookie growing up. My grandmother and mom always made these. I have been making them since my kids were little. I hope to continue the recipe with them too.

Thanksgiving cookies

I made these cookies for Kathryn (Stephen's gf) to take home with her for Thanksgiving.

Cookies for daughter

I did these cookies for my daughters social work mentor. She is finished with her internship, and wanted something to say thanks to all the ladies she has worked with. I would like for them to be a little better, but you can't have everything. lol
