I did these cookies for the doctor who did my knee surgery.

I got some new cutters the other day, and this is one of them. Anytime I get new ones, I like to make a few, and try different ideas with them.  This is what I came up with for this cross.

New kind of cookie I'm trying out. I did these in fondant, but I think it makes them a little too heavy. One head broke off, and one broke at the waist. So, I'm going to try glace icing.  Hopefully it will work better.  Here are pics of the fondant ones.
